Question and Goal:
Design a Fun and Friendly Logo for Paw Party

How might we create a playful brand image for Dubai’s first animal welfare festival?

My goal was to draw inspiration from distinctive (and adorable) animal characteristics to develop a spirited identity for the inaugural animal welfare festival. The client asked to focus on animal welfare but also develop visual elements to illustrate sustainability and ocean welfare as complementary causes.

Ideation and Concept Development:
Selecting Paw Party's Furry Mascots

Aiming to build strong connections with festival-goers, the client wanted the logo to feature domestic animals. Responding to this direction, I explored cats and dogs as primary characters for the visual identity, as these beloved pets would resonate with attendees.

Inspired by the client's love for and fostering of cats, I made them the main theme. The logo shows a curious cat in a mischief-filled scene, capturing the fun spirit of Paw Party.

Bringing Festive Mischief to Life:
Paw Party's Vibrant Visual Identity

The final design captures a lively, playful spirit, with a curious hanging cat as the focal point. The quirky visual identity enhanced Paw Party's event and various marketing materials, bringing charm and charisma to the festival's inaugural event.

Equipped with various materials for their event, social media presence, and pitch deck design, Paw Party made its debut in March 2024, marking a memorable first edition of the festival!
